	2010 Fall Creek Vineyards Chenin Blanc, Texas  Well-balanced pear and peach flavors generously complement the underlying firm acidity. A natural with spicy or racy foods. The Fall Creek Chenin Blanc has been repeatedly on the "Top 10" Chenin Blanc list in Bon Appetit Magazine. Additionally, Andrea Immer named Fall Creek Chenin Blanc as her favorite Texas White Wine in the TV show, "50 States and 50 Wines". 	2008 Tempranillo "Salt Lick Vineyards", Texas Hill Country Fall Creek Vineyards first Tempranillo wine is made from grapes harvested at the Salt Lick Vineyards, owned by our good friend Scott Roberts, owner of the famous Salt Lick BBQ.  Jay Neff does an excellent job of applying expert management of the grapes and vineyard, and this delicious wine is from 4th leaf vines. Tempranillo is the beloved grape of Rioja in Spain, and has been described as the perfect marriage between Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir by  Jancis Robinson. This is the perfect description of the 2008 Fall Creek Tempranillo, as the wine is like a bowl full of cherries with the finishing grace and fragrance of roses and violets. Soft tannins disappear with a little aeration, and this luscious wine has created quite a buzz among its many fans. SOLD OUT - SORRY!
	2004 MERITUS (90%) Cabernet Sauvignon, (5%) Merlot, (5%) Malbec  The '04 MERITUS is a big, dense, full-bodied wine that is loaded with dark cherry and blackberry flavors. This well-balanced wine includes hints of toasty oak and vanilla as well as chocolate notes on its lingering finish. Due to its elegant structure, the '04 will cellar extremely well. 	2003 MERITUS     (95%) Cabernet Sauvignon, (4%) Merlot, (1%) Petit Verdot This wine is a mouthful of ripe cherry and dark berry fruit flavors that explode on the palate.
