Fall Creek Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Vintner's Selection Texas 2016

The grapes come from 30 year-old vines in the Escondido Valley AVA near Ft. Stockton, Texas. The hot days, cool nights and calcium-rich soils of West Texas contribute to the highly aromatic tones and fresh tropical notes of this medium-bodied, unoaked wine. This is a classic, but juicy expression of the grape with aromas of basil flower and lime blossom, and a palate bursting with flavors of passion fruit and ripe lime.
