Join us for our 2nd Annual Cowboy Festival and Cowboy Dinner!


Celebrate National Day of the Cowboy with us at our Driftwood Winery and enjoy a cowboy-style dinner, courtesy of Cowboy Cook, Curtis Harris, who will be cooking up an authentic menu of the early years of the cattle drives in the 1800’s.

Join us at 6:15pm for a welcome glass of wine as Curly gives a short history on the chuckwagon and cowboy cooking paired with a passed appetizer of black bean hummus on a tostada chip.

At 6:30, dinner with start with a true cowboy menu:
Chile Verde, pork loin with tomatillos and green chiles
Whistle Berry Beans, an original chuckwagon recipe
Cabbage Slaw with creamy dressing
Cheesy Cornbread
And Cobbler for Dessert!
