Join us for a progressive dinner that pays homage to French Varietals! An Amuse Bouche in the vineyard will begin the dinner as Sergio Cuadra, Director of Winemaking demonstrates how pruning is a key factor that translates into quality in the bottle. The dinner will feature Fall Creek’s French varietals while Chef Cody Taylor puts a French accent on each course.
