his class will recap everything we have learned over the series, from varieties of grapes and wine regions, to tasting wine, wine making, pairings, and glassware. But it’s not too late to join in on the fun!
This series will create an appreciation for wine in all its components from the terroir, to the vines, to the grapes, to the types of wines and their dimensions, to the regions, and how to develop your palate in tasting wines and what foods to pair with your wine selections. New World and Old World wines will be shared with Texas always in the mix- specifically Fall Creek.

About Deb Reeder: I am originally from California and have recently moved back to Texas - Wimberley. I have been studying and involved in the wine industry for the past 8 years, receiving certifications from several wine organizations, including a specialist in Texas and California wines, and most recently the French Wine Scholar designation. I have done a good deal of wine travels, with my favorite areas being Paso Robles, CA, Loire Valley, Rhone and Provence in France, and the Penedes area of Spain. What I love about wine is that people are always in a good mood around wine and there is ALWAYS more to learn and I hope to learn a great deal from all of you!
