Desert-grown Sauvignon Blanc from 40 year old West Texas vineyards, barrel fermented and barrel aged for 8 months. Aromas of charred peach and vanilla with a palate rich in Meyer lemon, pineapple cream, tangerine zest and a hint of tarragon. This limited production wine is a favorite of the Fall Creek staff!
